【解説】選択肢はすべて動詞consider（考慮する）の変化形です。まず、空欄の前に未来否定形のwill notがあることから、現在分詞のconsideringは空欄に入らないことが分かります。残りの三つの選択肢は文法的には問題ありませんが、ここでヒントになるのは主語がyour application（あなとの申し込み）であることです。consider、またはhave consideredを空欄に入れると、「申し込みが考慮する」、または「申し込みが考慮した」という不自然な文章になってしまうため、空欄には受動態のbe consideredが入ります。
